Online Booking

If you are a new patient to Tollgate Healthcare we will require you to contact the reception to book an appointment on 01394 387818 or, hello@tollgatehealthcare.co.uk.

We believe in getting to know our patients needs before offering online booking to ensure the best treatment tailored to your specific needs

 

Once you have met with our clinicians we will be able to understand your needs. We do this to ensure you get to see the appropriate clinician who can discuss your recovery / treatment plan. Our reception staff will add you to our system after your initial visit so you will be able to book future appointments online.

Online Booking: Cancellation Policy

Our diaries are very busy. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please help us avoid any prolonged distress to other patients who need appointments by calling us on 01394 387818 to cancel or amend your appointment no less than 3 hours* before your scheduled time. It is clinic policy to charge a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment charge if insufficient notice is given. Thank you for your understanding. *Cancellation policy for Julie Colthorpe, Antonia Rowland, Bev Karia, Emma Dalton & Rose Constantine-Smith is that less than 24hrs notice will incur a charge of 100% of fee.

Keeping our patients safe

By booking your appointment, you confirm that you and members of your household have no symptoms of CoVID-19, and that you are aware of the specific risks involved in a face-to-face meeting with us in relation to your own medical history.

Hygiene

It is no longer compulsory to wear a mask within the practice but a personal choice. If you would prefer for your practitioner to wear a mask please inform the reception prior to your appointment. 

All treatment rooms are sanitised prior to your appointment and hand sanitiser is available at multiple points around the practice for your convenience
